WARRANTY AND RETURNS
Manufacturer’s defects will be replaced free of charge within 1 year of the purchase date. The exception is ThinOptics, which can be returned or replaced within 90 days of the purchase date, or at the discretion of the manufacturer.
Unused products may be returned or exchanged within 90 days of the purchase date. All returns or exchanges must include the case and all original packaging as well, plastic bag with sku sticker, temple sleeves and inner plastic sleeve with glasses in them or can not be accepted.
All purchases are final and no returns or exchanges will be accepted on items on Clearance (Visualites 51, Visualites 6 and Visualites Sunglasses).
Color and/or shape exchanges on orders that were misplaced will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the returned item. All returns or exchanges must include the case and all original packaging as well, plastic bag with sku sticker, temple sleeves and inner plastic sleeve with glasses in them or can not be accepted.

A $2.00 per item restocking fee will be applied to all items exchanged or returned.
Shipping on exchanges is not free and will be charged to the customer.
Shipping charges and taxes can not be refunded on returns.

Shipping is FREE within the continental United States.
All orders will ship USPS.
We now ship to CANADA and AUSTRALIA! Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive. Both Canadian and Australian orders are shipped via First Class Mail. See chart below for shipping charges.
We are happy to accept military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO).
Most orders received before 10:00 am will ship the same day. Orders received after 10:00 am will ship the next business day. Please allow more time if your order is placed over a weekend or holiday. In rare instances, less than 1% of shipments, we see delays with USPS where packages are picked up but are not scanned and sit in the Denver Post Office for a period of time. These shipments always make it but we ask for your patience in these cases as they do always start to move it just takes a few days in these instances. If there is no movement on a package for 2 weeks from the order date we will send a new shipment for free.
Priority Mail , Priority Mail Express, and orders shipped to HAWAII & ALASKA will incur the following charges:
